AWS Hub YouTube Analytics — Privacy Policy

Who we are
AWS Hub YouTube Analytics is an internal analytics application operated by Advanced Waterfall Systems and Aquatic Artists (“we”, “our”). Its only users are our own employees; it is not available to the public.
What data the application accesses
With the account owner’s explicit consent via Google OAuth, the application accesses, on a read-only basis: YouTube channel and video metadata and statistics (via the YouTube Data API v3, youtube.readonly scope) and YouTube channel analytics such as views, watch time, and traffic sources (via the YouTube Analytics API, yt-analytics.readonly scope). It accesses only channels owned by our companies.
How we use the data
The data is displayed on private, internal dashboards and used solely to understand the performance of our own content. It is not used for advertising, profiling of third parties, or any purpose unrelated to analyzing our own channels.
Storage and protection
Data and OAuth tokens are stored on our private servers. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authenticated members of our team.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with any third party. Data is never transferred except as required by law.
Google API Services User Data Policy
AWS Hub YouTube Analytics’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Granted access can be revoked at any time from the Google account’s security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or by disconnecting the account inside the application, which deletes the stored tokens. To request deletion of stored analytics data, contact us at the address below.
