SMS TERMS OF SERVICE & MESSAGING POLICY

Advanced Waterfall Systems LLC (“AWS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers an SMS messaging program to provide customer support, project communications, and promotional updates to individuals who opt in to receive text messages from us.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from AWS, you agree to the following terms.
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
AWS may send SMS text messages for the following purposes:

Messages may be sent to pool builders, landscape contractors, homeowners, and other customers or prospects who have opted in.

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with AWS. Message frequency may vary but typically does not exceed 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. AWS is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred.
5. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply: STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from AWS unless you opt in again.

By opting into this SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
AWS reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
